Pastor Purdum is a native of Seattle, Washington who has been in the Rocky Mountain west since 1986 serving congregations in Colorado. She is a graduate of Western Washington University, and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary. Pastor Purdum brings expertise in preaching, teaching, evangelism, building ecumenical relationships, and conflict resolution and mediation. She particularly enjoys fine arts and music, reading, bicycling, and being a soccer referee.

Pastor Exley, who grew up in Albuquerque, joined the pastoral staff at St. Luke following two interim ministries.  Having entered semi-retirement in 2001, he returned to Albuquerque after 30 years in parish ministry.  During that time he served parishes in Louisiana and Colorado.  Pastor Exley is a graduate of Manzano High School, the University of New Mexico, and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.  He brings a wealth of experience in preaching, teaching and community service.  Pastor Exley became a permanent part of the St. Luke staff in February 2004.
